Group Exercise
MARJCC Fitness includes four studios dedicated to group exercise. Whether you’re trying to build stamina, strength, lose weight, or feel more energized, we offer group fitness classes for every fitness level. Our classes are taught by certified, experienced, and motivated instructors and include comprehensive programming for all levels and abilities.

Personal Training

Working with a personal trainer is one of the fastest, easiest, and most successful ways to improve your health and fitness level. Our trainers will customize a program to meet your needs: weight loss, increased strength, improved balance, functional training, or enhance overall health.

This complete exercise experience targets cardio, power, strength, and endurance—combining exclusive MATRIX equipment with original turnkey programming to create a signature group exercise experience. This program focuses on progression at your own level, making this class ideal for all fitness levels.

Pilates Reformer

Improve the way you look and feel. Pilates combines smooth, controlled movements with breath and spinal-pelvic alignment to develop a strong and balanced body. Private and group sessions are available. New to Pilates? Please sign up at the membership desk for your free introductory class session!
Youth Fitness
MARJCC wants to encourage children to develop active, positive lifestyles. Integrating knowledge and activity instills in children the importance of exercise to their well-being and increases the chance that physical activity will become a permanent part of their daily lives.
