Youth Fitness (Grades 3–8)
Under the guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer, your child will learn proper exercise form, basic program design, gym etiquette, and age-appropriate use of gym equipment to achieve improved strength and body composition. Available for members only.
This program offers boxing- and kickboxing-based conditioning and self-defense with an emphasis on technique, confidence, self-esteem, self-reliance, and anaerobic conditioning drills.
The key to a healthy life is staying active! Functional, enjoyable games and activities combined with aerobic and anaerobic conditioning utilizing cardio to develop motor skills, coordination, balance, and overall fitness.
