Face coverings are required during flag football activities.

Players must be registered for their actual grade level. Players in Grades 3–4 must bring a copy of their report card to the evaluation if they are participating in the flag football league for the first time.

Completing this pre-registration form does not guarantee a space is available. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. If no space is available, the player will be added to our waitlist.
