Camp Sol Taplin, one of the largest and most established Jewish summer camps in South Florida, offers more than 25 camps for children ages 2 months to 15 years old, loaded with fun-filled activities in a safe and well-supervised environment!

Variety Camps

Variety Camps provide a stimulating, creative environment. Your camper will grow, make new friends, experience a wide range of activities, and discover and expand their interests and talents with the help of adult senior staff.
We believe in teaching campers responsibility, cooperation, and repairing our world (Tikun Olam) in a way that goes hand-in-hand with fun! All camp groups are gender mixed and grouped by grade level/age.

Academy Camps

Academy Camps have a small counselor-to-camper ratio providing optimal instruction and supervision in a warm and nurturing environment. Academy campers attend a daily activity with a certified educator to emphasize and develop gross motor skills and fine motor coordination. The Academy programs seek to develop each camper's swimming or athletic skills according to their specific ability.

Specialty Camps

Specialty Camps enhance specific sports skills in a fun and positive atmosphere while gaining a greater understanding of the sport. Players in both individual and team sports dedicate a minimum of two periods a day to learning skills taught by a professional. The senior staff member leading the group is also the professional teaching the skills. Those skills are then put into action each day through a variety of fun drills and scrimmages. Specialty Camps participate in all camp-wide activities as well.

Camp Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

8:30–9:00 a.m.: Carpool

9:20 a.m.: 1st Activity

10:10 a.m.: 2nd Activity

11:00 a.m.: 3rd Activity

11:50 a.m.: Lunch

12:40 p.m.: 4th Activity

1:30 p.m.: 5th Activity

2:20 p.m.: Snack

2:30 p.m.: 6th Activity

3:30–4:00 p.m.: Carpool

Registration Opens: January 9, 2023

Last Day for Early Registration: February 28, 2023

First Day of Camp: June 12, 2023

Independence Day, Camp Closed: July 4, 2023

Last Day of Camp: August 12, 2023.

Important Information:

Camp Sol Taplin is exclusively for MARJCC members.

Lunch and snacks are provided daily.

No outside food in permitted on the MARJCC campus.
