Celebrated pianist, composer, and sound engineer, Mushy Widmaier will bring the sounds of Creole jazz to the MARJCC’s Alan and Diane Lieberman Theater. Mushy is a pioneering force in the Kreyol jazz movement around the world. In addition to his musical talents, Mushy is an ethnomusicologist and also the host of WDNA radio’s Creole jazz program spotlighting Creole jazz from around the world.
