Tiny Tumblers (Age 3 ½ by August 31)

Introduction to Gymnastics classes incorporates the very basic components of motor skill development, eye-hand coordination, strength, and flexibility. Activities include learning basic group interaction and participation. Instructor approval is required for advancement.

 

 

Kindergym (Ages 4–5)

Off to a great start! Kindergym (preschool) classes incorporate the early basic components of physical fitness, motor skill development, eye-hand coordination, strength, and flexibility. Activities include learning basic stretches, body positions, and beginning gymnastic skills on equipment specifically designed for preschool-age children.


Developmental Gymnastics (Ages 6+)

Start your gymnast journey! An introduction to a full spectrum of gymnastics through fundamental skills on all apparatus, including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor exercise. Skills progression follows USA Gymnastics guidelines, and children are divided into appropriate skill levels.
