
Jumpers (PK3)
Introduction to Gymnastics classes incorporates the very basic components of motor skill development, eye-hand coordination, strength, and flexibility. Activities include learning basic group interaction and participation. Instructor approval is required for advancement.

Rollers (PK4/Kindergarten)
Classes incorporate the early basic components of physical fitness, motor skill development, eye-hand coordination, strength and flexibility. Activities include learning basic stretches, body positions and beginning gymnastic skills on equipment specifically designed for pre-school age children

Flippers (Recreational Development)
An introduction to a full spectrum of gymnastics through the use of fundamental skills on all apparatus including vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise. Skills progression follow USA Gymnastics guidelines. Children are divided into skill appropriate levels. We will also work to increase, flexibility, strength, coordination and confidence.

Twisters (Recreational Development)
